Prices, taxes and duties
- Prices include manufacturing, VNA measurement and payment costs, and exclude shipping. Shipping is shown in the calculator and at checkout.
- Delivery terms DAP (Incoterms® 2020): the buyer is the importer. Import VAT, customs duties, the carrier’s customs clearance fee and any other charges or requirements of the destination country are paid by the buyer on delivery. They are not collected at checkout.
- Business buyers with a VAT number can usually reclaim import VAT in their country.
Returns
- Standard antennas: return within 14 days if unused and undamaged. Return shipping paid by the buyer.
- Custom antennas are made to your specification and are not returnable unless out of the measured spec.
Buying through a marketplace
- Our antennas are also listed under the URFA Lab name on marketplaces such as eBay and Amazon. Same products, same measurement report. Prices on this site are never higher than on a marketplace.
Countries we do not ship to
- Countries under international sanctions. These are not selectable at checkout.
