About URFA Lab
URFA Lab is an RF antenna engineering lab in Ukraine. We design and build passive antennas around the frequency a customer actually needs, instead of selling what happens to be in stock. Every antenna we ship has been measured on a vector network analyzer, and that measurement goes with it as a report, so what you receive is what we tested. Small batches let us change geometry, enclosure or connector for a single order without a minimum quantity.
What we do
- Custom antenna design for a given center frequency, bandwidth and polarization
- Retuning of catalog models to a non-standard range
- Prototyping: one unit, measured, before a small batch
- Small batch manufacturing, 1–10 units per order
- Enclosure and connector options: bare or radome, SMA, N, TNC
- VNA measurement with an S11 / VSWR plot and a PDF measurement report for every unit
- Help choosing an antenna: frequency, polarization and pattern for your link or test setup
How we build and measure
Each antenna is made in our own workshop from the drawing that matches its frequency, then assembled and checked by hand. After assembly the unit goes to the vector network analyzer: we sweep the whole band and record S11 and VSWR. A unit ships only if it stays within the published VSWR limit across its range, and the plot with its serial number becomes the measurement report you receive.
Every unit is measured on a VNA and guaranteed to match its specification.
